UNIQLO to Open Two New Sydney Stores

Just in time for the puffy season.

Love yourself a puffy down jacket? Rub those paws together. After opening two Sydney stores in Pitt Street Mall and Ryde's Macquarie Centre last year, Japanese fashion heavyweights UNIQLO are opening two brand new stores in Sydney. Set for Westfield Miranda and Westfield Parramatta, UNIQLO is really covering all points of the Sydney compass with puff just in time for winter.

Launching for the autumn/winter season of 2015, the masters of the down jacket, UNIQLO, will found a snuggly new home in two gigantic 1000 square metre spaces. These are the third and fourth Sydney chapters for UNIQLO, following the Pitt Street-bound Mid City Centre store launch last year, alongside the opening of the Macquarie Centre store. UNIQLO first found its Australian roots with its Melbourne instalment in April last year, setting up a flagship store in Melbourne's colossal Emporium. Then a second Victorian store in Chadstone shopping centre opened late last year after meticulous target market pinpointing.

These big name retailer openings usually come with some light eye-gouging and hair-pulling, so if you're that keen to head along, take some advice: wear a mouthguard.

UNIQLO will open at Westfield Parramatta and Westfield Miranda for the A/W 2015 season. Dates TBC.
