Looking for an excuse to plan a weekend away from the city? Consider yourself a foodie? If you answered yes to both, make tracks to Comboyne Plateau on the mid north coast of New South Wales for an exclusive food event that will take you from paddock to plate.

On Saturday, June 4 and Sunday, June 5, Grazed & Grown Farm will be hosting the Mindful Eating and Living event as part of the North Coast Festival of Flavour. Here, you'll get to roam the lush grounds meeting farmers, agricultural experts and wellness coaches all while sampling delicious food and enjoying live music under the fig tree.

Local chefs will be serving up grazing plates loaded with fresh produce and the vino will be courtesy of Cassegrain Wines. Or, if you prefer a beer, Black Duck Brewery will be slinging delicious brews, too. Got smaller humans to look after? The event will have its own petting zoo, stalls and outdoor games to keep them entertained.

Grazed and Grown Mindful Eating and Living will take place from 11am–4pm on Saturday, June 4, and Sunday, June 5, as part of the North Coast Festival of Flavour. For more information, visit the website.
