Overview

Off the Wall is an arty Sydney Street Art Project that is literally going to go off. Off the wall that is. But not before it goes on the wall. Off the Wall gives a public canvas for street-based artists to do their thing on. These exhibitions will explore the true nature of street art. Here one minute, gone the next. Either scrubbed off or painted over.

Part one of the series opens Friday, featuring the art of Hules and the Dirt, with photography by Devlin Azzie (to capture the transient works before they disappear). With Dirt, expect loads of skeletal forms, with a lot of black and white. Whereas Hules is concerned with typography and design, using aerosol and various mediums plus a bit more colour.

The show launches Friday, September 13 at 6pm. Art by the Dirt.
