The Rocks Vivid Night Markets 2019

Overview

Vivid brings many a fancy feast, with Bennelong, Quay and the Shangri-La's Altitude among the many upscale restaurants with views booked out throughout the festival. But if you'd prefer to stroll through the Vivid sights with some unassuming takeaway instead of committing to a sit-down meal, The Rocks Night Markets have you sorted. Running Thursday through Sunday over the course of Vivid (that's May 24–June 15), the night markets will host a bevy of tasty treats — from pizza to gozleme, okonomiyaki to gelato — to keep you fuelled for all your light-chasing adventures.

Sample handmade, dried, baked, whipped and roasted products from all over the city and further afield. You name it, you'll get your hands on it. Throughout all the lit-up stalls, you'll also come across handmade jewellery, fabrics, organic candles and skincare. And as a bonus, there'll also be live music. Sights, eats and tunes, sorted.

The Rocks Night Markets are held from 6–10pm every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout Vivid.
