This Just In: This Webjet Sale Cuts Flight Prices on 150-Plua International Destinations From Sydney Airport, Including Tokyo, Paris and Bali
But get in quick, you only have a few weeks to book your trip for a fraction of the usual price.
Sydneysiders eyeing an overseas escape, you're in luck. Starting Monday, August 24, Aussie travel agency Webjet's latest sale is slashing international flight prices on one-way and return tickets to over 150 destinations from Sydney Airport.
A weekend basking in a gorgeous villa in Bali starts from $215 on Jetstar. For a closer-to-home destination, a $335 Air New Zealand flight to Auckland is a gateway to Aotearoa's North Island and its dramatic vistas. Webjet's other one-way steals – Fiji from $149, Ho Chi Minh City from $175, Singapore from $185 and Bangkok from $285 – are also making the case for another getaway or two before the year's out.

If longer escapes are on the cards, it's time for the group chat to lock in. Return flights start from $749 to Tokyo on Vietjet, $875 to Los Angeles on Delta and $1605 to Vancouver on Delta. Type A planners can even get ahead of Euro summer '27 prep – the sale covers travel dates all the way till June 30 next year. With $1175 return flights to Rome, $1269 to Paris and $1205 to London, it's a way to save some serious cash.
The sale wraps up on Sunday, September 13, but tickets might disappear earlier if they sell out, so it's first come, first served. This isn't a Christmas or New Year's Eve hack though – there's a blackout period from December 21, 2026 to January 20, 2027.
