Overview

Longtime local Bondi Massive's motto pretty much says it all: "We love coffee. We love food. We love people". Given the queues outside their takeaway window every morning, it looks like their customers feel the same way. You can grab a Toby's Estate coffee or Teacraft tea to-go and make tracks to the beach.

If you're keen to get out of the sun, or Bondi's blowing a cool breeze, you can poach a wooden stool inside and get cosy. If it's warm, you might want to make that a spot by one of the semi-opened windows. Walls are dotted with quirky artworks and the staff are friendly.

Meals are fresh, generous and feel like they've been injected with a big ol' dose of love. Examples include ricotta and lemon pancakes with caramelised pear, fresh banana, berry compote, maple syrup and crème fraîche; pumpkin soup with coconut and chilli; and 'all goodness salad': maple bacon, baby spinach, semi dried cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, avocado, nectarine, shaved parmesan and a soft boiled egg. That's your nutrition for the week taken care of, right there.
