Overview

At Infinity Bakery, what started out back in in 1997 as a quest to bring good sourdough to Australians has evolved to become a staple of the Paddington food scene for both locals and visitors alike. Whilst it still offers more than a few loaves of bread that rank among the best in Sydney, the bakery has continued to grow — and infuse the attention to detail it shows in its bread into all aspects of its dynamic menu.

Practically every ingredient is sourced from within Australia, including Gabriel coffee; Nicholson & Saville oils, meats and cheeses; and the Urban Beehive honey — and they're just a few examples of Infinity's ethically and locally sourced produce.

Two further Infinity bakeries have sprung up in Darlinghurst and Manly with a few minor menu alterations, but everything is made to a top-notch standard. Pro tip: the chocolate chip and walnut cookies with sea salt are a must (if they're not already sold out when you stop by).
