Here, four artisan spirits are made from scratch, each starting with a base of water, yeast and malted barley. Single malt vodka, whisky, liqueurs and the award-winning The Source gin are all made in beautiful river stone buildings and with the South Island's ultra pure water. The distillery is open seven days a week, with tours every day on the hour.
