Overview
They're the sweetest brother-sister duo this side of Australia. Angus and Julia Stone are jumping the ditch from their homeland following a string of sold-out gigs to play a range of intimate venues throughout New Zealand, including Wellington's own St James Theatre.
The show is in honour of their new single, 'Snow', the title track of their forthcoming album. Recorded in the duo's Byron Bay cottage, the album has been written entirely by the siblings — a first for them.
Angus and Julia are known for their dry, '70s sound and the way their voices play off each other's. Rolling Stone reckons that Angus and Julia are best when, "Julia provides the strong but sympathetic counterpoint to her brother's just-rolled-out-of-a-two-day-bender version of charm."
