Overview
With the country now at orange level, indoor gigs and music events are back in a big way. There's no better way to celebrate than with the return of House of Rounds, a free music event from Irish whiskey makers Jameson which sadly had to be canned last year amid multiple lockdowns.
Don't worry, the lineup for 2022 looks to make up for it. Local artists JessB, lil bubblegum, Polly Hill and the Katayanagi Twins all set to take the stage for two nights across Auckland and Wellington next month.
Kicking off at Auckland club Galatos at 9pm on Friday, June 10, before moving south to Wellington's Meow on Saturday, June 11, both events promise to bring the good vibes and hip hop beats the last couple of years have been sorely lacking.
Entry is free, meaning registration is absolutely crucial. And don't be late — the first 100 music lovers through the door will get their mitts on a free bevvy to kick the night off in style.
