Fancy yourself a bit of a cheese fanatic? Well, just imagine being able to tuck into your own fresh, handmade haul of the stuff, whenever you like. To do that, you're probably going to need a bit of know-how, but the good folks at Via Napoli Pizzeria are happy to help.

Tomorrow, February 9, the Hunters Hill pizza joint is celebrating National Pizza Day by hosting a free expert-led mozzarella-making demonstration, to help inspire your own cheesy endeavours. Simply book a table and head along from 7—9.30pm to catch one of the cheese masters from Auburn producers La Stella Latticini in action.

They'll be whipping up fresh batches of burrata, buffalo bocconcini mozzarella, nodini and stracciatella, all of which star throughout Via Napoli's menu of pizzas, salads and antipasti. Watch the masters at work and pick up a few expert tips and tricks, before you dig into some celebratory slices.
