Party like it's 2006.

Overview

"Tonight we're going to party like it's 2006," isn't a line that Prince ever sang — but it's one that Death Valley is inventing. The Morningside bar and its sibling venue Southside Tea Room like jumping back in time when the end of the year rolls around. As 2016 comes to a close, they're pretending it's a decade ago.

Cast your mind back to the days of MySpace, Augie March winning the Hottest 100 — and The Grates, two of whom happen to own the nifty venue, released their first album. We're not saying that all of the above won't get a mention from 5pm, and over the course of a $99 food and drink package, but we're not saying they won't, either.
