Punk rockers unite! One of Canada's most loved bands are finally hitting Australian shores after an absence that seems an eternity.
Billy Talent, have been bursting the ear drums of their fellow country men for almost twenty years, and finally it's Australia's turn to share in the audible bombardment of the senses. They are set to hit the stage at the Hifi to showcase their latest album, as well as veritable smorgasbord of blistering, fretboard melting treats from their back catalogue. Four albums in to their expansive career, the band are still rocking like it's the nineties. With a stellar set comprised of anthemic rock tunes and stadium sing along choruses, Thursday's show at the Hifi promises to be a gig that that will leave you counting down the days until their next down under stopover, and quite possibly, a little hard of hearing.
