Red Rock Deli: Secret Suppers
If you're looking down the barrel at a monotonous three-month parade of soups and stews, we've got just the thing to spice up your winter menu. Over the next five months, we've teamed up with Red Rock Deli to throw a series of exclusive secret suppers across Sydney and Melbourne, hosted by five of Australia's top chefs. Yep, Australia's fanciest chip just got fancier.
We've summoned some serious heavyweights to the kitchen — from an Australian Masterchef winner to the chef at the helm of Africola, one of the country's top restaurants. Inspired by Red Rock Deli's new limited-edition fusion range, the intimate feasts will be like going round to a friend's for dinner — if your friend was a wizard in the kitchen. Each dish will take on the flavours (and, in some cases, textures) of these fancy-pants chips — think red chilli and coconut or steak and chimichurri.
