Phamish

Pair some crispy chicken in plum sauce with your BYO favourite.

Overview

Phamish is one of those places that a friend of a friend will tell you about, you'll go, your mind will be blown and you'll wonder how you'd never heard of it before. It's been a local favourite for years, dishing out some of the best Vietnamese food outside of Hanoi to a packed out shop.

The menu changes relatively often, though they keep the old favourites (did someone say salt and pepper squid?) going for a while to keep the crowds happy. Of course, there are the rice paper rolls and the papaya salad, as well as more inventive dishes like the crispy chicken in plum sauce. And they are all unbelievably tasty.

The portions are monstrous, the prices are reasonable and you'll never leave unhappy. Takeaway is on offer, too, so you can always get your fix at Phamish.
