Wine educators Wine Sentience and craft brewers Garage Project have teamed up to showcase some of the most unique, rare, and delicious natural drops you may ever taste. Literally meaning "thirst" in French, Soif aims to rewrite natural wines in Wellington as a delectably refreshing palate pleaser.
Wine Sentience has literally raided suitcases, personal collections and cellars to bring these natural wines to Garage Project's Wild Workshop, and they are pours that you may never have the opportunity to taste again — at least in the near future.
Be ready and rearing to go at 4pm on Saturday 14 April and prepare to quench your soif with some gorgeous natural vino. There will also be delicious treats from local legends LaBocaLoca.
