Favourite bar in Sydney: I love my local, Noble Hops, in Redfern. It has a considered selection of organic and natural wines and some excellent craft beers. You can even order a pizza from the Sicilian pizza joint across the road, La Coppola, and enjoy inside the bar —what could be better?
