Nishika, otherwise known as Nish, is Concrete Playground's resident spice enthusiast and trend-focused Gen Z. She works across both the organic editorial and social media teams as an Editorial Assistant.

As a Canterbury-Bankstown local, Nishika loves to cover smaller local businesses, especially within the area. She highlights some of her personal favourites — and drops some insider tips — in Concrete Playground's social series called 'Dish with Nish'.

Favourite restaurant in Sydney: Nishika's all-time favourite restaurant is Cafe Jolly in Leichardt, a local hidden gem situated neatly along Norton Street. The Italian eatery serves up hearty, flavour-filled dishes with a warm smile — and Nish's top recommendation is the Agnello.
